My dad tells me some great stories of the Lexington, when he was on it. He and my mom Margret live in LA. He is a retired high school principal. My sister was born while he was in the navy. Once when he left the ship he was catapulted off. He promised God if he would let him survive the flight he would never fly on a plane again. As of October 17, 2009 he never has. We enjoyed our time at the museum.
