I am not sure of Uncle Mex’s rank.  I just received a packet, which I had requested from the personnel office in ST. Louis. He never spoke of the War and I can’t believe all the campaigns he was in on the Lexington. My Mom tells me that he was a quiet, gentle man and I am so proud of him. I am grateful that the Personnel Office is there for all of us.
